A few weeks again since updating - we have now moved house and have had various things going on. Weeks 15 and 16 have been the usual really, swimming is coming along well. Inadvertently ended up swimming 3.4km last week instead of the regular 3km, due to a typo on the schedule, thanks James ;-)
Also, now having moved to Aveton Gifford, we now have the river Avon literally 3 minutes from the front door, so Tuesday evening saw us heading down for a lovely evening swim in the sunshine. I'm sure the locals think we're nuts!!
We both had the Friday previous off work, so had a lovely 4hour bike ride to Noss Mayo and back. It was truly glorious, but perhaps not as hard work as it could have been. Couple that with a distressed phone call from home to say that Mum had broken her leg - phew!!
